Hello,
It is normal to find ringworm of scrotum and sometimes there may be ringworm of penis as well but it presents as circular itchy lesion rather than a non itchy lesion. This spot if it is non itchy can be due to chafing skin or contact dermatitis as well. Chafing is a continuous rubbing of the skin that causes redness or soreness.

It occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing either against other skin or against a foreign material. You need to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

This is not one of the expert forums, so if you want advice from a doctor, choose the other column of subjects.

You could have a fungal infection.  You could use a jock itch cream.  If your feet also have symptoms, you can use the same cream for athlete's foot.  If your partner has a yeast infection, that needs to be treated also.  It's all a fungal infection and very common.  It is not an STD if it is a fungal infection, yet it can be easily spread between people.
