My lower lip moves sideways while talking

Hi, I am 25 year old girl. When I talk, my lower lip moves sideways, this has been happening right from my childhood. When i become conscious i feel movement is out of control. Please suggest how i can solve this as it makes me feel embarrassed when people stare at my lips,(not for the reason i have lovely lips, i have dark lips actually).

I have tried many times practicing in front of mirror, I do speak well in front of mirror, But outside I always go wrong. Please suggest.

exactly I deal with people staring at my mouth when I talk and I don’t have a even big smile .. but you just have to learn to love your self  . I still haven’t learned though lmao .
