is it normal?

I'm 21 years old with my first child on the way its really hard for me to keep up with everything because in the last 3 months I have moved 3 diffrent times and all I really know is I'm due jan 26 2012 but that's not at all what I'm wondering about. What's  going on in my head is everybody tells me that I'm really small for being about 26 weeks and a lot of people have been saying its because I don't sleep. I'm really scared because I just moved states and haven't got to a chance to get a new obgyn clinic yet and my last doctor perscribed me something that is fda not approved to be taken while pregnant so I stopped taking them. All I'm wondering is will I ever get to sleep a full nights rest again or am I bound to listen to my babys father snore and sleep peacefully everynight?

Maybe he is then in such a deep sleep......my daughter snores when she sleeps deeply. Perhaps he could try something homeopathic for not sleeping such as Valerian, that used to help me with insomnia and restlessness.

I didn't started to show with my daughter until 22 weeks or so and with this pregnancy until 19 weeks. I always got comments that I was small etc and even with this pregnancy until recently and I have become larger. Just remember every woman's body and every pregnancy is different. It's hard but don't compare yourself with others. I know women who appeared small and at the end where large and then delivered perfectly normal sized babies.

Sleep doesn't have anything to do with your size, that's a laugh! And the people who say that, are they qualified persons with medical backgrounds that know what they're saying????

I agree, try to get something that helps hubby snoring or get him to sleep on the couch ;-) Have you tried taking a bath before you sleep e.g. with lavender? Lavender is calming and may help with the bath before you go to sleep. All the best

i was really smalll for my first preg too...i didnt start showing until after 6 months and i didnt really blow up til about 8 months.....i dont think its related to the amount of sleep you get although i dont get much sleep and it gets annoying because im so tired throughout the day and trust me my belly is not small despite my lack of sleep

have you asked your hub to look into his snoring prob? there is meds out there to help him and sometimes snoring is the result of other medical issues
