passing out?

I have had over 48 episodes in the last 2 years. Yesterday I was riding my bike and I passed out while riding it and then again when I was walking my bike across the street. I passed out in the middle of the road. I don't know what to do anymore. It seems like none of my meds. are working. I feel dizzy and nauseous and then I black out. What the heck is going on? Please help!

It seems you have been to doctors before, as you are on meds. What did they say? What are the meds?

Go see a neurologist. Something is amiss in your brain. maybe narcolepsy or epilepsy. Make an appointment today with a neurologist.  Blacking out and falling down is dangerous. No one here can answer your question. You are in a very dangerous situation. Get a neurologist to help you and do it fast!
