What exactly are retinal tags

I have also been detected with retinal tags, do they need to be lasered, Are laser seals effective in preventing their progression to a retinal tear, can they recur  elsewhere even after they are treated at one location and if multiple such tags are treated will so many laser sealing cause any discomfort to the eyes

You most likely will not experience one.  You can have many (more than 10, 20, ?) and can have them lasered.

I am also worried about how many occurances of such tears/ tags/ holes should i expect in a life time given my eyesight is around -9.25 and -10.0. How many of such sealed tears and holes can my retina bear? Is there any limitation to that

Retinal tags do not need to be laser.  They should be followed and you should see you doctor if you have any symptoms of a retinal tear.
