Is it a stroke or a seizure?

Okay so im almost eighteen and i started drinking my glass of tea and out of nowhere i lose my vision, my ears ring, i lost contentiousness for an about ten maybe fifteen minutes and when i woke up my whole left side of my body was numb. I couldn't speak properly. I couldn't even think of a word that i knew well. I couldn't say the word doctor. My mother has epilepsy and i suffer from migraines but no migraine has been like that. Ive had migraines knock me out but ive never lost full feeling on a whole side of my body. Can anybody help? Im really nervous about hospitals but i know this is can't be right.

You need to be evaluated by a neurologist at a hospital. The presentation is consistent with an epileptic episode. An in-person medical examination is important because you wouldn't want an episode to take place when you were driving or climbing a ladder or leaning over a train platform.
