Happy new year ladies how exciting out first new year w our babies :D

A glass of scotch sounds good lol.  I tried to stay up but fell asleep at 10pm and woke up at 10 past 12 - I was guttered.

No fireworks here either :(  Home fireworks are banned in Australia, one thing I miss about New Zealand.  I did watch the fireworks display on telly.

No fireworks here. Sorry Brandi I forgot you and lik lady had your babies prior to new years well I did remember I just didn't put two and two together lol.

We had sushi for lunch and Ellie loved it then did Thai food for dinner (one of Ellie's favorites). Then Ellie and I went to bed and I got up at midnight with my husband and we had a glass of scotch and talked.

Well, this is the twins second new years and it was Much better than last year! Last year, the hubby and I were with the babies in the NICU. This year, nothing special, just a normal day!

Did anyone do fireworks?  We did, Lauren laughed and pointed and said see and what's that.  Didn't scare her a bit!  Then she ate her first bowl of shrimp gumbo! Hope everyone has a great new year.
