am I being rediculous

Ok so my two year old daughter just started daycare today. I went in yesterday to double check she was starting the next day and they said she was.  I asked the teacher when they go outside and she said that they don't because they are under 3 and the child ratio blah blah blah.  I was kind of thrown back so I went home and all night I just couldn't stop thinking about it.

When I took her in this morning I asked about the morning again and whether she would go oustide.  The teacher said she might take them out but would see how the day went.  I was like ok and when I left my daughter was fine.  When I picked her up she was still as happy as larry and ran and gave us a kiss.  I asked her if she went outside and she said no we are not allowed outside.  I then asked if she wanted to go outside and she said no.  I was like hmmmm ok.

I guess my dilemma is that I just have this gut feeling something just doesn't sit well with me.  I don't know how to explain it but I just don't feel comfortable!!!!!!  The reason I am so torn is that my son went there and it was great but now i just don't know!!!!!

What should I do????  I am thinking trust your instincts and pull her out so I am looking at other famiy day cares.  Am I just being a bit over the top??????

Yep I think my mummy instincts were right and I pulled her out today after she said that the lady hit her eye.  I wasfuming and went down there and they obviously denied. I said I am sorry but I trust my daughter and I do not feel comfortable her being here so I pulled her out instantly.  My daughter is almost 3 and is not known to fib.  I am taking her to a family day care tomorrow so we will see how that goes :)

Yeah that's what I was thinking.  She does like the daycare but in the brochure it states a balanced programme with indoor and outdoor play and that's just not happening.  I think I will give it one more week and if they still don't go out I am going to hand in my notice.  I'm going to start looking at other ones as well.
