Summer!
Today it got up to 91º where I live! (Detroit..ish) I thought I was going to sweat to death and die at my daughters tball game. Heres to a looong summer, ladies! *cheers*

I know how u feel. I'm in south texas and the heat index is anywhere from 101-113
The heat kills me too. I'm in Washington DC where it gets hot and humid. During summer months we do a lot of field trips with my students. I would be ok with that in 'normal' circumstances but I'm 25 weeks preggo and I don't enjoy taking 20 kids out in the city! It's physically demanding and I'm not in the best shape of my life right now.
I guess, I'm venting since you've touched the subject ;)
I honestly don't have a recipe for surviving the heat. Ice cold fluids and refreshers help a little but they also trigger frequent bathroom trips ;))
Maybe a cold pack on your neck will help too?
