I am having moderate pain behind my belly button??

I am a 37 year old white female with pain behind my belly button. I had a partial hysterectomy in 1997, due to extreme bleeding with my menstrual cycle. I also had two children by c-scetion one in 1989 the other in 1992, both were heathly.
Please tell me what could cause this pain?

I thought hernia too.  I have 3 and they can be very uncomfortable.  If I can ever get off chemo long enough, I will have them taken care of!

Maybe just a wild guess an umbilical hernia ?  You should discuss your pain with your doctor.
