Prickly, pierced like pain in testicles, perineum and Anus

Hi, I'm 39 yold male, I had unprotected sex 1st week of June and a week later STD symptoms developed (white, milky discharge from penis). I went to a doctor and gave me penicillin on my rear. I came back to see same doctor a week later to inform him that I still feels pain in my Testes, perineum and buttocks. He told me that it might be epididymitis and gave 1 week cipro, came back a week later (week 2) just to tell him that symptoms has not declined and progresses to pins and needles sensation on my legs. he gave me anti anxiety meds (forgot the name). Still feeling the discomfort, I consulted a second doctor (week 4 since infection).

The second doctor found infection after swab test on the penis openings and gave a shot of penicillin and zitcro for 1 week. After completing my medication my next swab test returned clean but still prescribed cefuroximine for another week (week 6).

Piercing/pain and needles like sensation is still felt in my anus, perineum and testicles. I can feel my testicles constrict/goosebump like sensation from time to time. I also have problem sitting, i can feel annoying discomfort in my buttocks and perineum area and legs muscle stiffness especially at the end of the day. The pain seems to disappear in the morning, it start upon sitting in my car seat and while at work.

I took HIV test ECLIA, syphilis and Hepa B but resulted non reactive, Ultrasound  on Bladder, kidneys and Prostate returned normal except for small concretion on the prostate, the doctor advised to treat the concretion by taking vitamins and rehydration, also advise to have regular ejaculation.

on my 12th week, I'm still having the same issues, piercing/prickly sensation on testicles, perineum and anus, my legs still aches/stiffness especially after a days work. Symptoms seems to disappear in the morning.

Do i still have the infection (bacterial/viral)? Am I still contagious or is this valid symptoms of prostate problem? What test should I still need to take? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks.

I have been dealing with this same issue for 3 years, is there any answers to it. I've been to the doctor so many times with no help.

I think I also may be dealing with the same issue, except that mine has spread to my entire body. Doctors are clueless and act like it's in my head.
Yep, they are practically useless. Im still having the same issues, even after oh about a dozen more trips to the doctor. Its amazing how much time and money I have put into this with no resolve.
