testicle feel is hard

Hi, doctor,
I pinch my testicle feel is hard, and not very pain. I look for the information in Chinese website, some information show this may be testicle cancer, I am very worry!

Thank you for u answer. I can feel painful if I pinch them. I visit Chinese doctor, he touch me them. And said I am fine. Nothing! So is that ok?
