very bad pains
Im 22weeks and am getting very strong pains in my back and abdo they feel like contractions but arent regular just extremly painful
Thank you i have never carried full term my other children were born between 32+36 weeks and i didnt get braxton hicks or labor contractions so this is new to me
Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. Very normal around this time and for the rest of the pregnancy. If you are concerned, go into the e.r.
