Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you to start out with ovulation predictors to see if you are ovulating regularly.  It also helps you to time intercourse.  IF you are ovulating, you should probably do a semen analysis next.  If you are NOT ovulating, you should see your doctor for some hormone testing.  If you are over 30, see your doctor if you have been trying for more than 6 months.  If you are younger, you should try for about a year first.
Good luck!

Hi. I had been trying since February 2013. And nothing happened so we gave up after trying everything in the book. We booked a holiday in august for june 2014 and forgot all about babies just looked forward to getting away. I also had a lot of stress at work (this sounds drastic) but I got a new job and handed my notice in and I fell pregnant in December 2 weeks after handing it in. Its hard but if u stop trying and minimise stress u will get there xxx good luck xx

I did the sane thing k_ambersand_l did i also bought an ovulation kit so i would know for sure when i ovulated. Im not as far along as these women but tracking your ovulation helps alot . Also if your cervical mucus isn't clear and stretchy try preseed. I read about it and look at some reviews and the reviews look promising.  I actually bought some just in case i wasn't able to concieve on my own. Good luck have fun and enjoy yourself

Alright so this is what worked for me hope it works for you. I downloaded the app my days to track my period. It gives you alot of info to put in including days you are intimate and the entire week you are ovulating is lit up in yellow. To be safe me and the hubby just went for it and had sex at least every other day the entire month. Keep an eye on your basal body temperature to help you out as well. Look it up its neat info. After having sex do not go pee for at least 15 minutes. Stay laying down or prop your butt up, whatever little guys are going to make it through your cervix will make it there within 15 minutes and then you can start moving. This worked for me and the husband first time, and I've been on birth control for the past 10 years. All sorts of pills and implanon. The second month I was off my birth control was the first month we started trying. I hope this helps you. I am now 15 weeks as of tomorrow and I hope you can get pregnant just as quickly with this help. Good luck!

My period was crazy so i wasnt sure i was ovulating :( i have no idea how i got pregnant...i had been taking fentermines or phentermines? I bought them in mexico they are supposed to help to loose weight.  The trick is they retrain your brain to not obsess about food.  My theory was it probably gave my brain a break of beeing traumatized of my obssesion of getting pregnant.  I took them for a week and the following week i was pregnant. I started the week after my period.

My previous history was the same thing, i had started to work out and helping my self i started to take the same pills only 15 mg one pill a day...it was my first pregnancy after trying for a whole year. It resulted in  a miscarriage :( at 6 weeks 4 days.

im now 15 weeks and everything is going great :) i recommend to just try it... if it doesnt work then at least you can loose some weight :) good luck. I know how hard is the wait and how desperate is when people tell you...forget about it when it's time it will come...dont think about it....yeah right that was what i wanted to not think about it..but there is a monthly remider that never fails to bring those hopes down.

just hang in there and try everything :) even if it doesnt work for you at least you tryed :) BEST OF LUCKS

My opinion is stop trying. Please hear me out lol. Everyone in my family has always said "if you worry about it it'll never happen", sorta like "a watched pot never boils", I didnt try to get pregnant and now I am! So just relax, make sex fun and dont always think "I gotta get pregnant" :)
but that's just my opinion. :) best of luck!!

I was a success after the first try. Your best bet is to have sex a day or two before you ovulate and have sex every day during your whole fertility period. It is good for the sperm to be in the right place right before and when ovulation starts. If you don't know when you ovulate, find an ovulation tracker online and track it monthly. If everything goes right, you should be pregnant in no time. GOODLUCK!
