STD from massage on legs and butt cheeks

Hello Doc,

Yesterday I went to a happy massage.
I removed my clothes and laid on the massage table (it had paper for one time use only).
The female masseur came in the room (she was wearing only underwear) and started to massage me (my legs and butt cheeks).
It was kind of dark, but a I noticed kind of brown stains all over her arms (not sure about hands and fingers) and body. She also had a rash with a sore under her belly button. When I asked her what was that she explained me that she had an allergy from the belt buckle (the rash looked pretty much like that, but I am not too sure, because it was dark : http://blog.saintsabrinas.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/belt-buckle-allergy.jpg ). She also named the allergy and the name sounded like "kota... something" but she said it really fast and I couldn't remember it.
Anyway I got scared... stand up, put my clothes on and left.
There was no contact with my penis or that area. I was on the bed on my belly, so she massaged only the back of my legs and butt cheeks. The same day I had squeezed a pimple on my leg. I never touched her or any part of her body!

My question is could I have contracted something like syphilis or any other STD, because I read that some STDs can be contracted by skin to skin contact.
So if we presume she had a stage 2 syphilis what are the chances for me to get it if she was massaging my legs and butt cheeks with a massage oil. I am not too sure if her hands came in contact with the squeezed pimple (let's presume "yes")

To be clear, I'm not a doctor, but as far as I know there is virtually no possible way you could contract an STD from the encounter you've described. However, if you become this anxious about even a scenario like this, you might think again about whether these places are worth your worry.

Dear Doc,

Thank you very much for your reply!
If we presume she had a secondary syphilis, could it be contracted by massaging my legs and butt cheeks with massage oil.

Also when I asked her she touched/scratched the rash (sore) (by pointing at it) and then started to massage my legs and butt cheeks again.
Is there anyway I could have got something by this type of indirect contact?

Thanks

Hello

Because I didn't see the actual rash it is difficult to be certain but this sort of thing can be due to metal etc allergies.

I do not believe that you will have contracted a sexually transmitted disease this way - as you say, you didn't have any sexual  contact at all.

You can forget all this and move on.

kind regards, Sean

I forgot to mention that when I asked her what was that she said it's an allergy  that's very itchy scratched it and continue to massage my legs. Is there any possibility to get STD from this "secondary" contact as well?

Thanks
