Over half of my third molar on my right upper side is gone from decay. I have been discovering swelling and pain for the last couple days and it comes and goes every year is there a remedy to this madness I cant stand the pain ive taken ibuprofen and I used Orajel nothing seems to help
Well, as you said that your third molar is broken more than half. Then what are you waiting for. Get it extracted with your dentist. Otherwise, the situation might become worsen.

If its half broken, the tooth needs to be removed. There's no really other long term solution to it.
