i would go to the gym the best i could , i am doing the same but my goal is to lose like 30-350 more pounds i am on a diet, i,ve been on it for 6-7 months it require potatoes once in a while lean red meat cooked not grilled leafy greans and i think thats it let me know if you need anything else.
hi i am in weightlifting at my school i used to be 150 but once i had faith i worked on different muscle groups and i am now 131-133 but i know you can lose the weight you want you just have to believe in yourself and i believe that you can do it
