Do you have allergies to these medicines or just adverse effects?  Allergies are a biochemical response to chemicals that cause measurable physiologic changes and can be lethal.  What many people call allergies are actually just adverse effects of the drugs (e.g., upset stomach from aspirin).  Adverse reactions can be tolerated, allergies are more complex.

Have you talked with your doctor?  For example, Atenolol can definitely make people feel tired and foggy.  That's not an allergy, just an adverse reaction.

Your palpitation may have more to do with fine-tuning your synthroid.  I would recommend going through your symptoms and all of your medicines with your doctor to determine which might be the cause of your symptoms .

Regarding my side effects to Atenolol I have major cold in hands, feet, red cheeks, extreme fatigue, major lightheadedness, anxiety, bad balance, nausea,  no appetite. I have Severe Allergic Reactions to penicillin, codeine, cortisone, prednisone, most Betas, colycrys, most antibiotics havinh anaphylactic issues. Now after 7yrs & tried Metoprolol, cardivedolol, propanolol, verapimil & Atenolol I'm having bad body reactions. My Synthyroid dosage was just decreased from 112mc to 100mc on 4-22-14 & Atenolol was increased from 12.5 to 25mg daily. My body Just Doesn't like drugz & I have major reactions. My EF is now 48% was 20%, have cardiomyopathy & post thyroid cancer with Rai in 2007. I need to find an Agreeable Beta with fewest side effects. Any suggestions? I've gone to ER with bad Palpitations,  now ↑↓Bp. Feel horrible with existing Atenolol side effects.
