Testicular Cancer?

I have pretty bad health anxiety and over the last month I have had all kinds of symptoms. But then I saw something on tv about a teenager dying from testicular cancer. I stupidly went online and researched the symptoms of this cancer and I have since started to feel some pain in my testicles. I also have been checking my balls for any lumps and I think I found something on the bottom right testicle but I'm not sure what it is; it does't really feel like a lump.My parents have noticed my bad anxiety and I am going to see a therapist next week, but I'm not sure if I should still go to a doctor because testicular pain isn't usually a symptom of anxiety?

I understand how u feel dude,am 29 and am having the same problem like yours.for the past one week i have been having discomfort in my right testicle, its not painful though.I also noticed some little bump there too.
I have gone to the doctor ,he did a scan and x ray of my testicle,he said they are fine ,but that i have a little infection in the scrotum,he gave me some antibiotic, and said i will be fine with time.Only God understands the human anatomy,so don't be worried. But u must make sure u visit ur doctor to rule out cancer first.Take care and remain blessed.God is with u!!let me knw when u visit your doctor
