Rapid heart beats VDD?

Anyone having rapid heart beat or heart palpitations most part of the day?
Even the sensation i can't take enough air when I'm breathing (shortness of breathe)

i'm still feeling crap......almost 3 weeks and not feeling any better.

have to retest in one week to see if my levels are improving again.

I've been feeling a little better. The anxiety has gotten better, but i still have my moments and I'm still exhausted. I have another month to go before I get bloodwork to test my levels again. I hope I'm getting better. It's been a long road to recovery. Hope things get better for you!!

I'm a smoker too
I was reading smoking depletes vitamin D .
I'm not feeling any better and I'm now into my day number 12 of taking the loading dose again.
I remember one year ago i felt improvment after the first week.....I'm scarred that I'm still not improving my levels and getting worse.
Heart palpitations and anxiety put me to not to want to leave home wich is making all more terrible.
Well....living in hell again when i had hopes to be better by this time after 10 months of treatment.

Yes! Those are the symptoms that spiral into anxiety too. The heart palpitations come and go, but the shortness of breath has been pretty regular. It doesnt help that I am a smoker. I recently posted that I've been having sinus issues too, and I think thats partially I have a shortness of breath. I am going to try out some nasal sprays and see if its gets better when my sinuses are cleared. I know its a normal VDD symptom, but Its scary.
