Do lots of research first. There are many different strains that all get a different high. Some people don't smoke due to the anxiety it causes them, but I personally think it all depends on the strain. Smoke an indica, not a sativa. Many are specified for certain medical conditions or disorders. Only take one hit, see how you feel. I personally think it would help people with PTSD, in addition to counseling as marijauana is a temporary cure. I love that it doesn't cause any side effects besides going to the fridge.
