For me i was just calcium deficient. Take a few tums with your next meal and then one with each meal for a few days. See if it goes away.

Hi there,  have you be diagnosed?  If you're not diagnosed,  it could be nerve damage.   If you have been diagnosed,  it's probably due to disease activity.    I had constant vibration on my left side for about 18 months,  after one relapse.   Now only my left arm/hand vibrates-and usually only with extreme fatigue, heat, or relapse.  

It should lessen with time...  The body tries to repair itself, it's just not always 100% successful.
