Experiencing Chronic Fatique

I have been experiencing some chronic fatigue for a few months now and I am at a loss as to what to do. I have been diagnosed with clinical depression and have been on Lexapro for a few months now but I am still feeling generally fatigued and tired all the time. I am in good physical condition, not overweight, I am sleeping well (7-8 hours per night) but I feel physically tired/lethargic throughout the day and I am constantly yawning. If I force myself to be physically active, I can do so for a little while but then have to stop and rest for a few minutes and if I sit down, I start yawning.

I have been to my Primary care Physician who has done blood tests and says that vitamin levels, enzyme levels and everything is fine, I do not have any infections and then blamed my fatigue on the Brintellix (that I was taking) to which my Psychiatrists response was a puzzled one saying that its not one of the common side effects and she doesn't understand why. The Psychiatrist also says there is nothing she can do (I just think she is unwilling to give me another pill) for energy and that I should just stick it out a little longer.

I am in a position where I have a job that demands me to be physically active. I have tried literally EVERYTHING I can to combat this fatigue including changing my diet, taking natural supplements such as Vitamin B Complexes, All Natural 12 Hour Energy Caps, 5 Hour Energy shots, Caffeine Pills, Caffeinated soda and recently have tried several online versions of Adrafinil. I cannot stand this any longer and I am getting tired of doctors blaming one another and passing me around. Is there anything else I can do or is it time to look for new doctors?

Thanks, Charles

Do you ever feel a random burst of energy occasionally, then minutes later have a random heaviness in the body, followed by disorientation, and feelings of apathy and tiredness? And will you then feel miserable, with lack of focus and drive? This situation your in sounds somewhat like mine with the fatigue and doctor situation, the only difference is I have adhd ( inattentive type) and borderlined aspergers syndrome, my energy levels will fluctuate every day, but mostly during the warm and hot seasons of summer, the fluctuations I go through tend to rapidly change from hyper and energized moods with talkative feelings and then randomly cycle to a feeling of  exhaustion and fatigue with a feeling of isolation that makes me want to get away from everybody, and I know it's not the aspergers that's causing it, because why would the aspergers fluctuate, it might be a mixture of chronic fatigue syndrome and cyclothymia and they might follow the same mood triggers, causing these two disorders to coincide with each other.
