Just curious

What kind of device do you use for med help---  mobile, computer, tablet?  How did you find med help and what has made you stick around?  :>)

Hey ladies---  glad to see you here!

I like my lap top.  I too like a big screen and like the 'whole web site' concept.  I'll use my mobile (iphone) when I have to but need glasses to see it.  Which is annoying.  :>)  But I do it from time to time.

I came to med help before I was a regular member when my mother in law was ill with ovarian cancer and lost her life to it.  Then, I came back to med help when I had some worries and concerns for my son.  He was diagnosed with a developmental delay, sensory processing disorder.  I was so worried about him!  So, I came to the child behavior forum.  Then I just kind of stuck around.  Ha, and around and around and around.  Been at med help a long time now.

I stay here because I like the idea of the web site helping others but also like what it does for those who post.  Myself included.  It makes you feel good to feel like you help others.  Ya know?  Psychologists recommend volunteering to help with someone's own depression and anxiety because of the pay back to you.  This is kind of like that.  You're giving of yourself when you answer a stranger's question.   But, also ---  yes!  The social aspect of the community is great.  You can connect with others.  I went through a period of time when I felt a bit isolated at home.  It was nice to connect and I always remember that when others are reaching out here.

So, that's my story.  ha

Most of the time I use my Galaxy S3. Sometimes I use my Galaxy Tab S. (Yep I'm a Samsung girl. Haha. Our TV is even a Samsung)

I came here 4.5 years ago when I was TTC. I stuck around for the friendships. But lately I haven't been around as much with 2 kids home now, it's summer time, and my business is doing pretty good.

What are your answers sm? :-)

Computer.  I like to have a larger screen to focus on.  Came to MH almost 2 years ago to the Substance Abuse community.  Stuck around because I have made some amazing friends here.:)
