Is this ALS?

Idk if tall remember me but my name is Brandon and it all started with muscle twitching all over about 8 months ago but now I have the "constant twitch" that I can't see and my leg is getting stiffer and it's got this constant tickly feeling all the way down to my foot it's not tingling just feels like a tickle.... I'm so scared I have so much to live for I have an amazing fiancée which I've more than anything and a baby girl on the way

I've been seeing a neurologist for almost 2 years and my clinical exams have always been good I had a emg last week won't get the results for about 2 weeks when I see my neuro...

You are not alone. I am 6 months in to twitching and yesterday had my third EMG. If you are worried I would advice you to see neurologist who specialises in MND and get an EMG performed.
