fenugreek??

Have any of you ladies ever used fenugreek to increase milk production or know anyone that has? I so did it work?

I used it I took three pills a day and it greatly increased my milk supply I'm going to start using it with this baby as well

I used it with my first baby because I started drying up at 6 months and it worked great. I was able to nurse her until she was 15 months.
