Can you get hepatitis C from menstrual blood?

If the menstrual blood gets on a toilet seat and dried there because the person didn't notice they got it on the seat, would you be able to get it from dry blood? Say if someone sat on the dry blood without noticing it there or maybe they were cleaning it off with a wet wipe, would you be able to catch it from that at all? From dry blood? And does the virus actually remain active for days outside of the body? . I'm just trying to get my facts straight because of the person I'm living with and the fact that my hands are always cut because of all my hangnails.

no you cannot get Hepatitis C from a toilet seat from dried blood or anything like that you can get it from sharing needles or razors or toothbrushes with somebody infected with hepatitis C but it's really even hard to get it from sex so don't worry

You cannot contract Hep C from a toilet seat even if menstral blood is present or not.   That's a given.
