Need an advice about hcv result

Hi i m 32 year old male about 8 months ago i did abdominal ultrasound due to some other reason and it showed mildly enlarged liver without any scar.17 cm in size.
I was checked for hepa panel and all ok.then 4 month back in routine checkup i have found hcv reactive on test strip faint line very faint.i have done 3 elisa test sameday in different labs in one i came positive with score of 0.970 cov .200 in other lab test negitive with result of .101 and .079.my sgpt 20 sgot 21 albumin3.9 total bilirubin 0.8.
My cbc is bit abnormal from almost a year with following results
Hb 17.1
Wbc 11000 to 16700 in all test
Plt 335000
Lymphocytes percentage is normal but absolute numbers are 4.5 to 5.5
Pherpherial blood picture. Normochrmic normocytic lymphocytosis
I m really worried about all this a year later liver was in normal range now mildly enlarged and hcv results are confusing 1 lab said positive other 2 said negitive.
My skin colour is mildly paleand i have lost 5 kg in 5 months from 93 to 87 now.
What could be the reason of very faint line on test strip?
2ndly if anyone infected do come faint or very clear line on strip.and if it was false postive or false negitive what couldbe the reason.thanks

I too had an hcv antibody test positive with a low cut off to ratio , then another hcv antibody negative a week later . What did you conclude on yours ?

Your liver function appears normal. What you should do is a HCV-RNA test to know if you have hepatites C.
No Cirrhosis takes a longer time to set in
