21 years old COPD? Had asthma from childhood

Is it possible to have COPD if i'm only 21 years old? It's hard to breath almost all the time and i don't know if it's just because im thinking about my breathing or i have a real COPD. I smoked for 1 years (1 pack was enough for 2-3 days) and i felt that my lungs aren't the same as before. Now i have quit. It's hard to breath especially before sleeping. I had xray and doctor didn't see anything abnormal. I remember the last year spirometry results it was about 69% of lung function i think. Also i cough when i try to inhale as much as i can and some tissues appears in my throath, but it feels like it's not from lungs but from nose. My question is could i get COPD only smoking for 1 years? If it's not COPD what else could it be? If it's COPD how much do i have left?

You might want to try to be seen by an allergist/immunologist. They know more about some of the rarer causes of asthma and COPD, and can also help you if  it's something more common like allergies/GERD/etc. Best of luck!
