I'm almost 39 weeks now, but between like 29-35 ish had HORRIBLE reflux. Tums were grossing me out. I started buying the tubes of crushed fresh ginger from the store (in the fresh veggie section) and I take a heaping spoonful of it whenever I feel It coming on, or sometimes just right after or before I eat . Really works wonders !!!  It's a bit spicy I just try to swallow it quickly it is worth it to me  for relief..

Hi ladies! 32 weeks here and have been dealing with awful reflux for months now. I suggest tums before bed, and use pillows to elevate your head. My midwife prescribed Pepcid for me and it works so well. I still need to elevate with pillows however to keep the acids down. I've also had a tablespoon of ice cream as the dairy is basic on the pH scale, thus neutralizing the awful burn. (This works with a bit of milk too!)

Good luck!
