Throbbing throughout body and fatigue

Hi, about two months ago I caught a pretty strong cold. I was taking it easy, but was eager to start exercising, so I began running perhaps a little early. Then school came and I soon became ill again. It was not very severe, but didn't seem to get much better with rest. So I kept on pushing, participating in gym class and hanging out with friends. My condition soon worsened. I am now constantly having a throbbing sensation in my body, to the rhythm of my heartbeat, and feel fatigued. The throbbing becomes apparant when  pressure is applied to an area, f. ex. when laying down on my back. I also have a mild headache. I have noticed that when I focus on the  throbbing I tend to get tense, clenching my jaw, and raising my shoulders. This might be causing the headaches. I would like to know if this could just be psychological or linked to some other condition. I am an 18 year old male with mild social anxiety.
Thanks in advance.

Try alternative medicine NAET and/or BRT,  body restoration technique with a chiropractor that does applied kenisology,  AK.

Both methods are NON invasive and a higher level of accupunture.

I recently got the flu down for 6 days.  Felt ok, then 3 weeks later a relapsed last 14 days. I was treated and when my body NO longer showed for viruses,  I asked that to be treated for lung and cough,  bronchitis got 5 treatments and now I am doing so VERY WELL.

In addition to using these methods for allergies,  I have used for issues such as rashes,  viruses,  bacteria,  lung and cough,  blood sugar,  inflammation,  arthritis,  metals. Thyroid,  CELIAC disease  etc.

Give it a fair chance and you will see improvements.

Good luck
