Can autoimmune hepatitis cause elevated blood vitamin b12 levels?

My doctor believes my high level of b12 is due to multivitamin supplements, but I doubt that. Damage to the liver would affect vitamin b12 levels, right?

Several vitamin levels will typically decrease. And you are correct that B12 can increase, but this is usually in combination of a neoplasm with an advanced liver disease. I hope the latter is not the case.
