Can A cystadenoma -have a mural nodule and still be benign?

Surgery is coming up next week.  I can't stand thinking about this anymore.

My doctor ( GYN) thinks this is a benign " tumor." A cystadenoma. But does anyone know if these types of cysts ( which I understand are generally being ) can still be benign with a mural nodule and septation?  Have not really read much about that.  I have only seen how rare it is to have a Cystadenoma with mural nodule - and that's usually cancer.  Peace be with you all...  Love, Me.  ( oh, my ca125 was 19.)  Thank you my loves.

I really do not know that much. I had classic clear cell ovarian cancer. I unfortunately read all about stage 4 clear cell. I scared myself to death because nothing was positive. I have lived longer than any report said I would be. All that matters is your individual case and there are no reports written about it except your chart. Here is where you need a team you can trust. I changed two oncologists until I found the one who works for me. When the pathology report comes out you will know for sure.

How are you doing?
Hi Alex... I am on the other side of this now... I want to thank you so much... I bought a new computer and it took me a while to get some passwords transferred over.... My cyst was benign - and I was pretty sure it would be... but they did take the last ovary - which sent me right into night sweats and anxiety attacks... coping as best as I can... I hope you're okay... You were a tremendous support to me.  I will keep in touch with you..  I am sorry that I didn't post back right away...  <3 Love. me...

They make cooling pillows and mattress pads if night sweats are bad. The menopause did get better. The one thing I lost was my sex life. If that happens to you you can private message me. The doctors were freaked out when I brought it up. I did get professional help. I hope the rest goes okay.

Hi my dear friends who may read this.  I am post op.  All benign - but had major anxiety and depression over the sudden onset of menopause.  I want to tell you that I'm okay.  The cyst had taken over the ovary.  I want to give thanks to all who offered advice and support.  I will now pray for all of you who are facing such obstacles.  My story ends here.  I am facing the next part of my life and want to move forward.  A special big hug to ALEX .... THANK YOU and I will always have you in my heart.
