Anyone experiencing extreme pain in vaginal/anal area?

I've been having these really bad shooting pains that seem to travel through my lower parts. It almost feels as if my cervix is trying to shorten or I'm having contrations. It doesn't last long, just a few seconds, maybe 20 secs at the most. But the pain is extremely bad. Afterwards my vagina aches with pain. It hurts to sit, stand or move while this aching is going on. Any ideas as to what this could be?

I have the sane pain lately.. I asked doctor and he stated its normal due to the changes since baby is getting closer 2 b here

I believe you're having lightning crotch Lol. Sorry I only know the nickname for this but yeah I had it with my last and it's horrible! Google it, there's some info on it and the causes
