When to take different vitamins

I am taking calcium, magnesium, D3, K2 and fish oil. Which ones should be taken together, taken alone and what time of day?  I have heard conflicting things.  Some say take calcium, magnesium, D3 and K2 together at same time, some say calcium and magnesium seperate from each other, some say D3 before noon, some say D3 with biggest, fattiest meal...some help other vitamins and some block absorption of others, some may be toxic if not taken with others...Very confused!
Can someone clear this up and tell me what to take when, which with which other ones, which alone, which with a meal, a fatty meal etc. for best absorption?  Thanks!

Take them all with food that contains fat and protein.  Calcium and magnesium are fine taken together, though you want to be sure you're taking the best absorbed forms, but they are absorbed best when taken with a meal.  The others are fat soluble, which is why you take them with food that contains fat.
