Taking a Vaccination two times within two years

So my sister's doctor who gave her the vaccination just lost her records and she need it for the university, so she just retook the vaccination another time today after she took it almost two years ago or a year and a half for the green card application! She said that her doctor said it's ok to take it another time but I'm not sure about what he said! Is that dangerous for her or on her health even at the long term?

As long as she's not allergic to the vaccine it is not dangerous to get it a little early.
