Bone density scan

Hello I'm a 39 year old female. I had a total hysterectomy at the age of 36. So, I have medical induced menopause. I just had a bone density scan test done but can someone help me make some sense of it? I had one done two years ago and a repeat one done last week.

It states that it is a comparison to my scan two years ago.

Findings: -0.9 lumbar spine (L1-L4): Density (g/cm2) of 1.084; T-score of -0.9; Z-score of -0.5; %change of -3.1

Femoral neck (mean):Density (g/cm2) of 0.783; T-score of -1.8; Z-score of -1.8; Z-score of -1.2; %change of -4.3

Any help will be appreciated thank you in advance.

have your doctor explain the results to you. That's what I do.
