Debilitating migraines and vomiting

Has anyone experienced debilitating migraines accompanied by vomiting? I'm 15 weeks. Up until 12 weeks I never got sick, just nauseous, which was easily remedied with Vernors. But I started getting terrible, almost unbearable migraines that would last 3-4 days with no relief. At 12 weeks I started vomiting every time I'd get one. I'm unable to keep food down for a good 24 hours when this happens. I'm really concerned that my baby isn't getting enough nutrients and I don't feel like my doctor is taking my concerns seriously. She told me to take magnesium oxide , but there's a pregnancy warning on the label and it says it has a laxative effect. I don't like to put a lot of medicines in my body (especially now) so I've just been fighting through them. Has anyone encountered this problem and how did you relieve them?

Yea I have terrible migraines with nausea. I just lay down all day and take a hot bath/shower when my daughter is napping. And I drink as much water as possible.
