If you feel sick after eating a lot of foods, go see a GI. If they do a colonoscopy and take biopsies, they will be able to tell what foods your body can't process well.
You most likely have a lot of food intolerances, which is actually very normal.
If foods make you feel sick and you continue eating them, you can do a lot of damage to your digestive system and you will feel much worse. If you constantly feel nauseous, even if you didn't just eat, go see a GI right away. If you don't it can cause problems like ulcers and bleeding.
You most likely do not have an eating disorder. When you have an eating disorder you throw up purposely and the only reason you don't eat is because you want to loose weight. If you feel sick after eating a lot of foods, it is probably a type of food intolerance or other stomach issue like ulcerative colitis. Do not let anyone convince you you have a disorder you don't think you have.
It is sad because as a race, we have started eating foods that aren't necessarily natural for us to eat. Many people have problems, but never know why and it becomes a type of chronic issue that never goes away.
I too feel incredibly sick after I eat most foods. When I eat steak and rice though, I can eat a whole steak and a pot full of rice. It just goes to show how hungry I actually am from not eating much. Try eating a lot of steak and rice. Also, try limiting foods like gluten, milk, and potatoes. These very much bother me. I also can't eat a lot of spices because I believe I am allergic. They make my mouth itchy and make me cough.
If your mouth feels itchy after eating certain foods, don't eat them. You are allergic, maybe not so much that you need and epipen, but you are allergic and these foods should be avoided.
Here are some foods that work for me are:
Steak
Rice
Gluten Free Pastas
Butter and other products made only from cream (Cream as the only ingredient)
Lettuce and other leafy greens
Berries, like raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
Salt
Please, go see a GI. And a good one too. Do not get discouraged if they don't think anything is wrong. They are probably not a very good doctor in that case, so go try to find another one. Try maybe a large group of doctors instead of an individual practice. Just don't give up, and do whatever you can to help yourself.
Stay safe

Whether you're underweight or not depends on your height -- that helps you determine your BMI. Being thin, provided you're eating enough healthy foods to get your nutrients, is healthy. But if you're skinny, gaining weight just means eating more of the healthy foods you're hopefully eating now, such as adding a meal. You can gain muscle by doing resistance training. Do you eat enough? Do you feel you're eating a lot and still not gaining? It could be you have fast metabolism or it could indicate a problem absorbing nutrients if you're eating a lot and not gaining. But again, if you're not very tall, that's not necessarily too little weight. What you want is to gain muscle tone, not fat; if you don't care about your health or body shape, just eat a lot of unhealthy fried food and candy and you'll gain, but I wouldn't recommend it.
