hey im worried something is seriously wrong with my colon. it started about 4 months ago on my first day of college, i had diarrhea fro days, and pain in my lower right side. i went to 2 doctors, and a gi. the gi did a rectal exam and said no blood was found, the doctors  didnt think it was of any concern. the gi also said my intestines were probably swollen. its now been 2 months since the gi, and i started getting the pain again, its not exactly pain, but it is more like dull burning, or a squeezing feeling in the right side. also i have ahd some gas pains, and my lower back has been hurting as well. my stools have not had blood. my only symptom is the dull pain. im worried its the early symptoms of crohns, or cancer.

Sounds like irritable bowel syndrome so try an elimination diet
