1. Acute reduced patellar dislocation. Specifically, 11mm patellar override of the lateral ridge of the trochlea, avulsion fracture of the medial patellofemoral ligament from the medial margin of the patella, a 44 x 35 x 30 mm bone bruise on the outer aspect of the lateral femoral cndyle and trochlear hypoplasia support the diagnosis.
2. Large hemathrosis in the suprapatellar pouch is secondary to the patellar fracture.
3. 46 x 17 x 16 mm Baker's cyst
