BABY RASH NEED HELP!

I know its a app for pregnancy but I have a 2yr old. She woke up crying she has this rash that literally came out of no where. I have always used baked flour. I still had some from like 6 months ago from her past rash, I put some on her and she started screaming like I it made it worse? I feel so bad I wanna cry with her, I don't even know how this rash showed up. I bathe her everyday, as soon as she's wet I change her, she's had maybe 2 rashes since a baby this being her 3rd.
It looks like a reaction to something, but there's no new diaper brand, no new laundry soap, nothing. So I'm like really lost cause I don't know what else to do for her. Its midnight so now where's open in my time but first thing in the morning I'm going to the store. What is the best creme or something to buy!?
My mother said put Vaseline on her for now if she don't want the flour but does that even work? Never heard of it.

I use vaseline and no diaper i just put a towel underneath her and i rinse her bottom if she poops with light warm water and keep her like that until it goes away if i do that for a good 8 hours it usually goes away but apply it as soon as it looks dry i apply more so it wont hurt her

I would go to the doctors, instead of trying to figure it out. Could be a virus but either way they will know. Maybe try calamine lotion. There are many things it could be.

My daughter's rashes were pretty bad too she would even blister and bleed, Her pediatrician prescribed her an ointment and on top of that  I also use an anti-fungal cream, just a little of both and it does the trick every time.
