10 weeks and morning sickness

I'm 10 weeks and morning sickness has just started. I can't keep food down, have terrible heartburn and no food sounds good even when I'm hungry. What helps with naseua and heartburn? Help!

Try and eat little and often. If that's a no, try and drink sugary drinks or ones with electrolytes to try and keep your blood sugars up. It's this dropping that makes you feel more sick. Try bland foods, or things like ginger biscuits or ginger tea can help.
Hope it helps
