Hello mummies how are you all? I had an appointment today and my ob told me I'm over weight(176.3) considering I'm night weeks pregnant and this is my second baby. Any help from you mummies or is any one in this same situation.
My doctor told me I should not gain any weight this pregnancy. She referred me to a nutritionist but I have not gone yet due to morning sickness. I have lost 9lbs due to morning sickness as well.
