Clavicle bone fracture during vaginal birth

My baby was born on 26 Jan 17. After two weeks I noticed small bump on his right collar bone. He moves his both arms normally. If we touch the bump it doesn't seems to be affecting him. We got an X-ray done yesterday it shows that the calcification has started. His Moro reflex seems to be fine.
How to ensure his nerves are not affected ?
How much time will it take to completely cure?
Do we need to tie his arm to keep it steady as he keeps it moving all the time ?

We were worried same thing happened to by baby at birth. After dr. Checked she said it didn't look like it was broken. I have now noticed the is a large bump on his clavicle. He moves it fine. Dr. Said there is nothing they can do  it will heal on it own if it is in fact broken.
