Why is my appendix scar hurting

I've had my appendix out for a year and ever since the 2 month mark I've been on the floor sobbing in pain because of my "appendix" scar and the area inside where the scar is.
Now I don't get menstrational cramps, and I never have. But I'm always in pain because of this scar, looking to see if anyone else has this problem. I'm building my courage to go see my doctor as this honestly is scary for me, it just happens all day and then suddenly a sharp burst of pain occurs and I'm on the floor. It makes me feel really sick when it's causing me pain as well.

Anyone have any ideas? It'll be really helpful.
