Had anyone tested false positive for Chlymidia?

I am nearly 13 weeks pregnant. At my last visit 10 days ago I had a NIPT done, blood work and a urine analysis. I developed what seemed like a UTI days earlier. Having had them in years past I was confident that's what it was. Today I received a call stating that I have a UTI and Chlymidia.

In total disbelief I ran up to my OB office and asked for a re-test. The midwife preformed a swab test to be analyzed. She recommended that I take the antibiotics. I did not take the antibiotics because I don't believe I have it. I am in total shock. I am confident that my partner and I have both been faithful to our relationship.

I've heardof false positives happening. . I am wondering if the Ecoli in my urine could have tainted the results. Furthermore, I noticed my urine sample wasn't immediately taken. It probably sat around for a good hour and a half. Could that disturb the results?

Excuse all my errors. And spelling chlamydia wrong. Definitely a new word added to my vocabulary. Frantically posted without proof reading. There doesn't seem to be an edit post. Anxiously awaiting for my results.
