Cervix length

Hi friends, I recently had my Anamoly scan at 20 weeks , my cervix length is 3cm without any funnelling . Though Doctor hasn't shown any concern but I am worried . When I researched on Google , it is saying that cervix length of 2.5-3.0 cm before 32 weeks seems to increase the risk of preterm delivery . I am very much worried . Please guide me.. Thank you

If your doctor isn't worried, I wouldn't be either. Every pregnancy is a little bit different, and almost everything is normal. Google is a good way to scare yourself and think something is wrong. In most pregnancies, everything is ok and then the baby is born. And 'increased risk' might mean an increase by a whooping 0,1%.... Trust your doctor. He/she has your and your baby's health as a top priority.
