Are you eligible for a liver transplant? Unfortunately that is the only avenue once you are decompensated and in liver failure.
Do you know your MELD score? Do you have ascities (swollen stomach looking like you are pregnant)? Do you have hepatic encephalopathy? Are you taking lactulose for hepatic encepathalopathy? Do you have HCC (liver cancer)?
What kind of symptoms do you have? Is your doctor a hepatologist associated with a liver transplant center? They are best equipped to diagnose, follow and treat patients with ESLD. Even patients with ESLD can go for many months or even years if early liver failure. I have not heard of a liver patient going to hospice.
The something out there to help you is if you drink alcohol is to stop immediately and not take any illegal drugs if you have any hope of receiving a liver transplant.
Did you try cannabis therapy? In a lot of cases, this is the only avenue left - and sometimes it works too! :)
