Bleeding in early stage of pregnancy without miscarriage?

Hello ladies, I had my 4th week blood test for my beta hcg level this morning and my result were good at 604iu.
Later this afternoon when I went to the bathroom I noticed that I was bleeding not lightly nor heavily but red nevertheless. I'm pregnant after an IVF, so I'm taking oral estrace tablets and vaginal capsules of Prometrium to support my pregnancy.

I know that progesterone can sensibilise or irritate the uterin cavity or cervix, but bleeding when your pregnant, especially in early stage is always frightening. It seems to stop but I go do a next blood work to morrow to make sure that the beta are getting higher. If it went down that will mean a miscarriage...

Any experience you could share that could comfort me?

I would really appreciate.

Thank you.

I never had any bleeding but my friend had some heavy bleeding and clotting around the 7 week mark. They went in to get her checked out and the baby was fine, strong heartbeat and everything.
